Eligible Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of purchase for unopened, unused products in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or can be given as store credit — your choice!
  • If you prefer, you can exchange eligible items for something else in-store.

Items NOT Eligible for Returns

  • Opened trading card products, including singles and booster packs.
  • Special orders, clearance items, or discounted final sale items.
  • Event registrations or tournament entry fees.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please let us know within 7 days of purchase or delivery. We’ll do our best to repair, replace, or exchange it for you.

Credit Card Returns

  • All credit card returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee to cover non-refundable transaction fees. The fee does not apply to cash or debit card refunds. To avoid the fee, you may request store credit instead

Online Orders

  • For online orders, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange a return.
  • Returned items must be unopened and shipped back in original condition.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
